This module teaches how to provide eating and drinking aids following four service steps.

  • Cutlery: spoon, fork, knife, or chopsticks
  • Plate and bowl
  • Cup with handles
  • Cup with non-spill lid
  • Cut-away cup
  • Cuff
  • Straw
  • A drink (for example: water)
  • Food (for example: bread, rice, piece of fruit.)
