This module teaches how to provide offloading assistive products.

Difficulty level: Advanced

Module duration: 4 hours online, followed by supervised practice as needed

Before you start, check that you have completed these modules:

Resources you will need

  • Hand sanitizer
  • Gloves
  • Suitable shoes or therapeutic footwear
  • Rigid removable boot

Offloading pads and toe-prop

  • Offloading pad material (EVA or wool-felt)
  • Scissors
  • Tubular gauze
  • Tape
  • Lipstick or marker
