Plan follow up actions

At the end of the follow up, plan with the person what to do next. This might include:

• 新しい歩行支援用品の供与
• 追加のユーザー教習
• 次のフォローアップ面接を予約する
• Referral to another service

歩行支援用品がその人に合わない場合、または状況が変化した場合は、必ず新しい歩行支援用品の事前評価を実施してください (ステップ1に戻る)。
