What should I do if my certificate isn’t displaying correctly?
If you have completed a module you will see a button to access this certificate.
When you click on this button you should see your certificate displayed in a PDF format that you can print or save (see below for example).
If your certificate does not appear (e.g. you see a blank page or an error message) then you should try to access your certificate using a different device (e.g. a laptop) and/or browser (e.g. Firefox / Safari). If this still does not work then please contact us and provide details of which module you are trying to download a certificate for.
