What should I do if my certificate is not displaying correctly?

Once a module is completed a button will appear to access the certificate.

This will be on the module landing page:

and on the Certificates page:

When you click on the button the certificate should display in a PDF format that you can print or save. For example:

If the certificate is blank or an error message appears, try to access your certificate using a different browser (for example, Edge/Chrome/Firefox/Safari) and/or different device (for example, a laptop).

If this does not work, please contact us and provide details of the module certificate that you would like to download.
