Plan follow up actions

At the end of the follow up, plan with the person what to do next. This might include:

• လမ်းလျှောက်အကူပစ္စည်းအသစ်ကို ထောက်ပံ့ပေးခြင်း
• အသုံးပြုသူ လေ့ကျင့်မှု ပိုများလာစေစေင်း
• နောက်တစ်ကြိမ်ရက်ချိန်းထပ်ပြရန် ချိန်းဆိုခြင်း
• Referral to another service

If the walking aid does not suit the person, or their situation has changed, always do a new walking aid assessment (go back to step 1).
