What is the User guide to Learning on TAP and where can I find it?

The User Guide is intended for anyone who is planning to use TAP modules to deliver learning to a group. For example, focal points from ministries (e.g. health, social protection, education), health facility managers, educators, school teams, or nongovernmental or civil society organizations. The User Guide gives the background to the TAP learning approach, content and how to plan and deliver TAP learning.
