Welcome to Learning on TAP

Learning on TAP (TAP for short) is an online training platform offering blended learning resources for the primary health care and community workforce to support service delivery and pre-service training.

TAP can be accessed using a computer, tablet or smartphone.

Data collection: TAP collects information about learners (including you) through the registration  survey and module quizzes.

Before this information is used it will be de-identified. This means that the names, and personal details are removed. This way, no-one looking at the information will know whose information it is.

The de-identified information is then used to help prepare reports about TAP and for research to help understand:

  • How much interest there is in TAP (such as the number of countries reached)
  • How well TAP is working and how it can be improved

The de-identified information is held securely by the World Health Organization and retained for a minimum of five years, after which it will be retained if still in use. De-identified data may be shared with project partners, donors, and researchers.

You may request a copy of your data at any time to verify accuracy and completeness.  You may also request any data held about you to be deleted. Please contact: [email protected]
