This module teaches how to provide therapeutic footwear following four service steps.

Module duration: 2 hours online, followed by supervised practice as needed

Before you start, check that you have completed the following modules:

Access to some of the commonly used types of therapeutic footwear described in this module for practice:

  • Therapeutic closed shoe
  • Therapeutic open toe sandal
  • Therapeutic open heel shoe.

You will also need:

  • Large (foot sized) pieces of paper
  • A marker pen.
